TELEPHONE VOLUNTEERS the River Cities Central Office provides 24 hour, live telephone answering service. A minimum of fourteen volunteers and several stand-by volunteers are needed to answer AA related calls. RCCO utilizes call diverter equipment that allows volunteers to answer calls and make switches from their homes.
